Our catalog includes more than 500 models and keeps expanding. They are widely used for electrical appliances, switches, relays and mobile phone keys. More than 10 engineers with an average of three years' experience prepare your sample within three to five days, with help from our 20-member molding department.
All our materials and components sourced from 10 reliable suppliers comply with the RoHS Directive. We double check if they follow the AQL standards. 60 quality inspectors with an average of three years' experience use projectors and microscopes sourced from Shanghai to supervise each procedure. SGS approves our finished units, and TYCO accepts our shipments without inspection.
Our three production facilities cover a total area of 9,000 square meters, housing more than four fully-automated production lines and 500 workers. Each month, we turn out 18 million silver contacts, 50 million punched parts, 10 million lathe parts and 25 million screws, of which 50 percent are for export.
